Cuttack/Bhubaneswar( Special Correspondent) Some people of locality has written a common letter with their signatories and send it to Hon’ble P.M , Narendra Modiji and whose copy has also been endorsed to Hon’ble Home Minister and Ministry of Social Justice and empowerment ,on severe monitary irregularities in ‘NIRTAR’ of olatpur a central sponsored Organisation. The giest of the petition is based upon the severe monitary corruption, poor service to the patients, falsehood informations to Ministry and centre ministers in a motive to exploit the funds of different projects. This has been also alleged in petition that top officials of institution has been gathered huge amount of properties in shape of bank deposits, shares, bonds,mutual funds , immovable and immovable properties and being share holders in different private Hospitals and Nurshing Homes. The patient’s service has been neglected severely as most of the doctors are busy in private Hospitals and Nurshing Homes. The development works practised by CPWD is very poor in quality,very high in price cost. Most of the staffs are very irregular in official hours. Very useful machines are being purchased in suspiciously and defuncted after some hours of it’s use. Internal audit including final audit also involved in these corruption . No body is seriously responsible for misuse of funds. Patients and guardians are being exploited seriously by huge cost of different apparators purchased through intermediary system deployed by staffs of organisation.The chemicals of patholab of organisation is being misutilised by staffs and receipt of private patholab runed by a staff is being produced. One specific allegation with documentary prove was produced before S.P, CBI was also disclosed and no investigation was conducted. Due to single tender, that is specially by CPWD only has proved very financial irregularities of crores of rupees .Once it was observed by Hon’ble Minister, Thawar chand Gehlot and explanation was called for CPWD escaped cunningly by presenting false documents. CPWD is sublating the development works by keeping huge amount of profit , by which several private parties taking the works in sublate becomes very poor in quality.Now a days, Where several central institutions like CPWD so, it is not necessary to facilitate CPWD only through a single tender without any contest. Though there is a standing rule for any govt.servant to inform prior the source and to aquire the permission for purchase of any property in hi own name/spouse or in the name of any family members . But some of the NIRTAR officials has deviated these standing order of Govt. As a centrally sponsored organisation the CBI has the exclusive power to make check and raid, but this organisation is silent drastically . So Hon’ble PM may take an initiative to save this National institution of differently abled.The letter copy has also been sent to CBI head office NewDelhi and zonal office kolkata through internet mail servece today.
