CUTTACK,(Rural)An shameful incident happened in last late night at Adaspur under Olatpur Police limit of Cuttack rural police.The information received here that Olatpur police has raided and torchered on a house of ex-freedom fighter let Nanda Kishore Senapati at his Adaspur residence,who had fought with British,during pre-independence Quit India Movement and was prisoned at Cuttack in the year 1942 and then tra nsferred to Berhempur jail since1945 The brave fighter had not claimed any freedom fighter pension from Govern ment.Rather neither Govt is capable to keep the arrested and jail record of let Nandakishore nor provided a RTI infor mation applied by his family members Instead of indebtedness towards the fa mily, Olatpur police has insulted this fa mily without having any justified and pr oper reason.The fact is that,one mobil e tower service provider company has taken some space for installation of his tower at Sri Senapati’s campus in the year 2008-2026 December,tentatively for 18 years,with a written agreement basis.Power connection was taken fro m cesu.The particular plot number 953 only,village Adaspur was alloted in agre e ment clearly.During cyclone funny, power supply transformer installed at Prachi Academy was damaged and duri ng restoration,that educational instituti on did not agreed to give permission for power connection from that place showing the cause of safety ground of the students,which was the third party responsibility.So the mobile tower com pany,licencee the second party,Mobile tower company,alternatively could able to run his business by D.G set of his own,which has not been denied or nev er been obstructed.But without any rea sonable reason the said tower compan y pressurized through Olatpur police. Ranji Senapati,the son of let Nanda kishor,an employee under Government Homoeopathic dispensary and his son Satyaswarup senapati,a law student under Utkal University was detained for several hours of time by Bijaya Sahoo, SHO Olatpur PS and her staffs for sev eral times by the motivation of mobile tower company and have been forced to sign on such terms and conditions which are out of the written agreement ,despite of his explanation that, is a civil matter,and have already replied clearly by his Advocate to licencee company advising to take the shelter of proper civil court against the dispute for solution. As sri senapati and his son denied to sign on any paper, Bijaya Sahoo SHO Olatpur initiated a fake cri minal case against the law student.Wit hout following the mandates of Cr.P.C. under section 41A,the said SHO Smt Sa hoo and her staffs raided on the house of Sri Senapati on yesterday,mid-night. Police bitten up the door with powerful blows and forced kicks by foot and boot,threatened from outside of locked door,which has already been recorded in cc tv footage.The matter was placed before and drawn to the notice of SDPO Sadar,Cuttack,Sri Rashmi Ranjan Saho o today. This is to mention worthy here that in recent past,Raja murder case incident of Adaspur could not be detec ted by Smt Sahoo,and culprit could not be arrested till now,inspite of clear P.M report.So public of locality are very mu ch dissatisfied on Smt Sahoo.In prese nt case,the counsellor of Sri Senapati advised him to institute a 1c.c in court against Smt Sahoo,SHO Olatpur P.S im mediately,and inform the matter befor e 5T secretary VK Pandian,C.M Odis ha,DG(P)Odisha Police,Human Rights Commission for violations of Human Rights.When we have tried to make contact with Smt Bijaya Sahoo,SHO Olatpur for her reaction on the matter, she neither responded atall nor made a return call.The matter and the very un-pleasant dealings,dis-respect of Smt Sahoo is highly non-appreciated and non obliged by public and annoying everybody of locality.
